Proposal: Research Paper In my look for writing I decided to talk about the 20th carbon ruse stool c eached Futurism. The artists I chose to discuss are Giacomo Balla, Umberto Boccioni, Gino Severini and Anton Giulio Bragaglia. These artists believed that we shouldnt live in the present or past moreover in the future. The futurists love speed, noise, machines, pollution and cities. They embraced the new world instead of looking upon the modern world. The group of artists in this movement go through every spiritualist of art but the main ones were moving-picture show and sculpting. The reason why they were into movement, speed and change was because they requireed to show man over nature. One of the artists I chose said a quote that I really thought was worth reading. Umberto Boccioni said, We pass on fight with all our might the fanatical, sensless, and snobbish religion of the past, a religion boost by the vicious existence of museums. We guerrilla against that spineless worshipping of hoary canvases, old statues and old birc-a-brac, against everything which is young, new and electrocution with life to be unjust and even criminal.
